How can I make a custom product?

1. CONTACT WITH US

After getting your email, our professional team will discuss the custom solutions with offer basic on your budget and send to you for communication.

2. DESIGN SUBMISSION

Once we receive your confirmation, we will develop and send you a 2D/3D drawing basic on your requirement.

3. CREATION OF SAMPLES

After the information is confirmed, we will make molds for the design drawings. Then we will make samples. Please try to provide your requirement as detail as possible. For example, the material grade/color/durometer/usage and etc...

4. SAMPLES CONFIRMED

We send samples to you for confirmation. If there is any comments regarding the samples, we will adjust or remake for approval, to make sure everything is correct before production.

5. BULK PRODUCTION

Once you are satisfied with the samples, we will start mass production after receiving your approved samples.

6. QUALITY CHECKS & CONTROL

When the bulk production is complete, our quality control team will inspect the products to ensure no issues. We have triple inspection process from the beginning, in-line and 100% final inspection, to ensure the quality products for you.

7. PACKING & SHIPPING

Regular or Custom package are both available. When packing finished, we will inform you or your forwarder to arrange pick up. Or if you need, we can also provide shipping service for you with different options like Express/Air/Sea.
